Exhibition of Hope Took Place at the Republic Children Hospital "Moscow Komsomoletz" (Moscow Newspaper), July 2, 1995 ...One year and a half ago one of the hospital departments has become a kind of Art Academy. It happened when Anna Gnoyenskaya, young painter and parishioner of Moscow Saint Kosma and Damian Church in Shubin region, came to the hospital. At first, children were taking their works home. Later on, pictures found their place in the hospital. In the spring of 1994 a real hospital temple was opened in former conference hall. Children's works on the Bible themes were taken to make an altar-screen. Since that time pictures are kept there - in memory of those, who have already recovered and returned home and those, who will never give a touch to colors and paper.
